Hello teams! 

 

Just a quick rundown of what to expect this Saturday and Sunday for the Red Deer Titans 2026 Festival days!

 

Parking: 

Parking will be available at Titans for $5 per vehicle, cash. This is due to limited parking space and to encourage carpooling. There will be parking attendants to guide you.  NO PARKING ON COUNTY ROADS OR NEIGHBOURING DRIVEWAYS AT ANY TIME. This will risk you being towed and Titans in big trouble.

 

Facility:

Washrooms, change rooms, fields, bleachers and food are all available on site.
 

Facility Rules:

1. Please be respectful of all staff and volunteers. We have worked very hard to make this a positive experience and want to do our best to meet everyone's needs.

2. Dogs must remain on leash at all times. Please clean up after your dog.

3. No parking on county roads at any time. 

4. No cleats on the deck.

5. No outside alcohol permitted.

 

Food/Drink: 

• Each participating athlete will receive one meal ticket for a provided lunch. 

• Do not drink the tap water (it is potable but it tastes like swamp). There will be water throughout the site to refill water bottles.

• Food, drinks, snacks and alcohol will be available for purchase inside the Clubhouse behind the bar:

  • The menu for the day will be burgers, hot dogs and taco in a bag. 

  • The bar inside the clubhouse will be open with a variety of craft and domestic beer, coolers, vodka sodas, ciders and more will be available! 

  • Non-alcoholic options include sports drinks (gatorade, biosteele, etc), water, pop, iced tea and more. 

  • Snacks include chips, candy and the like. 

Game Schedule:

The game schedules will be posted here and emailed out to all participating clubs as soon as it is confirmed. We will also have schedules and game information at our Information Tent on site. 

 

Coaches/Manager Notes:

Team packages containing meal tickets, schedules etc will be handed out there per team. Information about game structure can be provided there as well. Please go to the info tent to get tickets and sign in!
