RULES OF THE GAME
 
 
  The object of the game is that two team of fifteen players each , carry, pass, kick and ground the ball in order to score as many points as possible.

The wide variation of skills and physical requirements needed for the game mean that there is an opportunity for individuals of every shape, size and ability to participate.

There are different variations of the game - 15-a-side, 10-a-side, 7-a-side, Tag rugby (non-contact), Touch rugby (non-contact) There is a game to suit everyone!
