Titans are looking for Senior Men and Women’s Coaches!

The Red Deer Titans are looking to hire a self motivated, hard working individual to be Men’s Head Coach for the upcoming 2018 Alberta Season. 

Expectations 
The Men’s Head Coach would be expected to run sessions for the Senior Men’s 2nd and 3rd Division Tuesday and Thursday nights for the duration of the season beginning April 24th and running till the end of September. The Head Coach will also be expected to attend all Men’s games (As the schedule allows).
A large part of this role will be to promote the community presence of the club and help to grow playing numbers through a strong recruitment drive and building a culture that helps foster growth, level of play and inclusion of all members of the club.
Qualifications
Obtained or working towards NCCP-World Rugby Level Two is preferred but the Coaching Committee of the The Red Deer Titans is prepared to assist the right candidate in their coaching qualifications and development. World Rugby Concussion Management and Rugby Ready online courses will need to be completed.
Must also be a passport-holding resident of Canada.
Remuneration 
Base payment of $2500 for the season with all coaching courses/conferences covered (if deemed acceptable expenses by the coaching committee). Registration fees will also be covered by the club. A bonus structure will also be in place for all players registered over the minimum numbers determined by the club.
